BetTOM Account Login
BetTOM opens the personal account through the “Log in” button on the desktop site header. The login form asks for the email (or username) and password linked to the profile, then redirects to the account dashboard after successful authorization.
Mobile access uses the same credentials on the mobile site, with the login entry placed in the top menu for smaller screens. The personal account works only with an active BetTOM account; players without a profile must complete registration first and then use the created details to sign in.
BetTOM Login Security Measures
- 2FA: BetTOM supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After entering your password, the casino requests a 6-digit code that refreshes every ~30 seconds. BetTOM also provides backup recovery codes during setup; store them offline and do not save them in the same device as your authenticator.
- Password: Use a unique password for BetTOM that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Set a length of 12–16+ characters, mixing upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, dates, and common patterns (for example: Password123, Qwerty123). Use a password manager to generate and store the password, and change it immediately after any suspicion of account access.
- Notifications: BetTOM sends security notifications for new device logins, password changes, 2FA activation/deactivation, and changes to withdrawal details. Keep email and SMS alerts enabled, verify that messages come from BetTOM’s official sender, and treat any unexpected login alert as a trigger to reset the password and review recent account activity.
BetTOM Account Login Steps
- Open the official BetTOM website in your browser or launch the BetTOM mobile app.
- Click Log in on the top bar (website) or on the start screen (app).
- Enter the email address or phone number linked to your BetTOM account, then type your password.
- Confirm the login: complete the one-time code step if BetTOM requests it, then wait for the account page to load.
Account Verification After Login In BetTOM
BetTOM asks for verification after login when it needs to confirm your identity, payment ownership, or address before it processes certain actions.
- When verification is required: at first withdrawal request; when total withdrawals reach a set internal threshold; after a change of personal details (name, date of birth, address); after a password reset or unusual login pattern (new device, new country, repeated failed logins); when a payment method is added, removed, or replaced; when a deposit or withdrawal is flagged by automated fraud checks; when the account is inactive for a long period and then used for cashout.
- How it is checked after login: the account shows a “Verification” or “KYC” status; BetTOM blocks withdrawals (and sometimes limits deposits) until documents are approved; the upload form requests images, sets file limits, and may ask for a live selfie to match the ID photo.
Documents BetTOM Usually Requests
BetTOM collects documents in three groups: identity, address, and payment method. Images must be readable, in color, and show all corners of the document.
- ID: passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence; front and back if the document has two sides; sometimes a selfie or short video holding the ID.
- Address: utility bill, bank statement, or government letter with your full name and address; document date typically within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: for a bank card, a photo showing the cardholder name and last 4 digits (cover the middle digits and CVV); for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page with your name and wallet ID or email; for bank transfer, a bank statement showing your name and IBAN/account number.
Approval Outcome And Limits
After approval, BetTOM unlocks withdrawals and raises account limits; if a document is rejected, the platform requests a clearer image, a newer proof of address, or a matching payment method name.
